The Cafeteria System is designed to operate within the confines of the Defined Contribution System or operate independently. Most of the options are versions of DC programs. It has been constructed to allow maximum flexibility tracking benefits.

  • Once the pay cycle is entered, the elective deferral amounts are entered and converted to an annual deferral
  • The system will compare the annualized deferral to the maximum and cap the deductions at that point
  • Employees are easily moved from one fund to another without loss of records
  • Should the plan require specialized language, designating sub-accounts, the changes are easily made and will remain until physically altered.
